The Department of Primary Education of the University of Crete, specifically the “Laboratory of Advanced Learning Technologies in Lifelong and Distance Education” (E.DI.V.E.A.), in collaboration with the Municipality of Karpathos and the Regional Directorate of Education of the South Aegean, is organizing the 8th Summer School in Karpathos, with the theme: “APPLICATIONS OF ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE AND AUGMENTED REALITY IN EDUCATION AND CULTURAL HERITAGE”.

Dates: June 23-29, 2024

Location: Polychroniadeio Hall / Lending Library, Arkasa, Karpathos

Purpose: The pedagogical utilization of advanced applications of Artificial Intelligence & spatially sensitive augmented reality applications for connecting the school with local Cultural Heritage.
