The international and Erasmus students of the University of Crete attended the cake cutting ceremony for the new year of the @Cultural Association of Kato Vathia Niros
At the invitation of the Career Counsellor of the University and Secretary of the Cultural Association Mr. Sampsonidis Dimitris
40 students 🎓from America , Asia and Europe🌍 experienced the authentic Cretan hospitality.
They tasted traditional gamopilafo🍚”wedding rice”, wood oven roast and other local delicacies. They learned Cretan and Greek folk dances and had partied together with the villagers.
In fact, the lucky winner of the coin was an Erasmus student from Hungary.
The villagers met young people from different countries of the world and learned about the value of the Erasmus✈️ Mobility
