The Greek University Panorama in Amman, held in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, concluded with remarkable success, drawing strong interest from students, parents, and educators exploring high-quality study opportunities abroad. The University of Crete participated actively throughout the event, highlighting its academic excellence, cutting-edge research, and expanding range of English-taught study programs.

Organized by the Embassy of Greece in Amman in collaboration with Study in Greece, the event provided an excellent platform for promoting Greek higher education. The University of Crete expresses its sincere appreciation to H.E. Ambassador Irini Riga for her support and warm hospitality, as well as to Study in Greece for the outstanding cooperation and organization.

The University of Crete was represented by Assistant Professor Elena Drakonaki from the School of Medicine; Ms. Evgenia Skountaki, Head of the Welcome Office – Support Unit for International Students & Researchers; and Ms. Evi Kortsidaki, responsible for the Secretariat of the English-taught Medical Program. The UoC delegation presented the University’s academic profile, the English-taught Medical Program, and the diverse study and mobility opportunities available to prospective students from Jordan and the broader region.
